From my research, it's been highlighted that social media presence is a must; not only does it act as an easily accessible online portfolio, but is a way to self-promote, brand and network. It can be an extremely useful tool for startin g a career. When researching for my dissertation on t he distribution of moving image; I found useful information on what social media had to offer.
